Christina Hendricks

Christina Hendricks has been an American actor for seven seasons. Her most famous part was in the role of Joan Holloway, in AMC's Drama period show Mad Men. The series has earned her critical praise and the show received six Emmy award nominations in the category of best acting category for supporting actors. Through her professional career that spans more than 20 years, she's gained recognition for her roles on the legal-drama Kevin Hill comedy series Another Period crime drama series Tin Star and comedy-crime series Good Girls. Her performance is noted in movies like Drive Ginger & Rosa Lost River, the Neon Demon, The Strangers : Prey at Night Egg as well as American Woman. Also, her voice can be heard in the animated movies From Up on Poppy Hill Toy Story 4 & Scoob! Prior to that, she started her career as a model and carried on for quite a while before she made her acting debut on television with the anthology program Undressed in 1999. She had her first significant part in the comedy drama series Beggars and Choosers. After her appearance, she received praise for the part she played on Firefly. Esquire magazine voted her as the most gorgeous woman in America and the most attractive woman in the world in 2010.
